First Liberty Power Corporation (Public, OTC:FLPC) headquartered
in Nevada, is a mineral exploration and production Company with a primary focus
on lithium and vanadium exploration and development in the United States. The
Company plans to expand its operations through acquisition of additional mineral
leases that are expected to have significant demand from development of clean
energy solutions.
Just this past week, FLPC has signed an LOI, Letter of Intent to purchase a new
mine in one of the most prolific lithium producing areas of the world! (CLICK
HERE) for details.
First Liberty Power has a diversified and balanced portfolio of assets. The
Company currently owns the rights for 84 claims with lithium reserves in Lida
Valley, Nevada and 66 vanadium – uranium claims in San Juan County,
Utah. Both these properties are expected to hold significant mineral reserves.
With these properties, we believe that FLPC is well positioned to capitalize on
the anticipated increase in demand for both lithium carbonate and vanadium that is
projected to result from the adoption and use of clean renewable energy that will
fuel demand for products that utilize lithium-ion batteries and vanadium redox
batteries.
The 12,800 acre Lida Valley property in Nevada is located in close proximity to
America’s only lithium brine rich Clayton Valley which has been production since
1967. Management believes and initial tests have demonstrated that Lida Valley
holds the same geological potential as Clayton Valley in terms of lithium
exploration.
The Company’s Vanadium reserves are located in the prolific region of San
Juan County near the Colorado Utah border. Data compiled from historical mining
activity and regional studies indicates favorable ground conditions for the
vanadium-uranium mineralization.
Both Lithium and Vanadium have established uses that have resulted in stable
growth in demand for these minerals. However, going forward we believe that
demand for these minerals is going to explode as they have demonstrated large
potential for use in batteries that are likely to fuel future electric cars.

Financial Forecasts and Valuation
We expect revenues of $1.0 million for FYE 2011 and more than
$86.8 million by 2017 provided the Company raises necessary capital
to build out its business model. The Company is also expected to
efficiently manage operations and command significantly higher
operating margins and net profit margins.
Based on an average of these methods, FLPC common stock is
valued at $1.36 per share, 209.6% higher than current market price of
$0.44. The stock is an interesting short term trade and potentially
a long term investment.
Lithium ion batteries & FLPC Lithium ion batteries are the rechargeable solution for the Blackberry, iPhone, iPod and virtually every laptop computer, camcorder and new generation power tool.
The lithium-ion battery is also the obvious choice for auto makers too. Lithium-based batteries out perform all others batteries in virtually every category:
• High energy-to-weight ratio, helping increase efficiency and environmental friendliness. • Lithium-Ion battery packs are GM’s solution for the Volt hybrid • Longer life • Faster re-charge • No 'memory' effect -- charge it up no matter the level of the current charge • Spring, Summer, Fall and WINTER, it operates down to temperatures of -60C
